What are your rates for therapy?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation prior to services beginning to answer any questions that you have and to make sure that we are a good fit.

  • Initial Intake Session (80 mins): $230

  • Individual Session (50 mins) : $160

  • Family Session (50 mins): $180

All major credit cards are acceptable.

Do you take Insurance?

If you live in Utah:

I currently take OPTUM Healthcare plans.

I am currently an out-of-network, cash-pay provider for other insurances.

I can provide a statement called a “Superbill” for you to provide to your insurance company for reimbursement should you have out-of-network benefits. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to determine whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits and what percentage will be reimbursed once you meet your deductible. I cannot guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company and the full-fee is required at each session.

I also work with a company that may be able to help you with reimbursement from sessions if you have out-of-network benefits. If you do have those benefits, the company will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed.  You can learn more here.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Yes- I take some clients on sliding scale.

Are there mental health challenges you do not treat?

Definitely! I can only service areas that I am trained in so that you get the right therapy treatment. If there are particular challenges I'm not specialized in, I'll refer you to a therapist who might be a better fit for your needs. Areas like eating disorders, autism support (ABA) and substance use disorders are among those I might recommend seeking specialized support for.

Please note, I do have a firm cancellation policy to honor our scheduled time.

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a full session fee.
